The SPEC-PAVE™ system creates a paved surface with open surface area for rapid infiltration of storm water. Pavement system reduces total suspended solids (TSS), nutrients and metals, improving water quality.

Spec-Thermal Insulated Masonry features a specially designed concrete masonry unit and individually molded insulation insert. The block and the insulation are combined at the block manufacturing plant prior to delivery to the job site. The assembly provides a wall system capable of achieving higher thermal R-values than conventional masonry.

Spec-Wall provides an integral connection system that speeds installation–the lighter unit allows for consistent labor productivity and can be used for engineered wall heights up to 20 feet tall.
